The lighting is good. And the pose and shot is just amazing. Very good job! The only thing that doesn't look right, would be the makeup, probably? I don't know how I could explain this, but it looks fuzzy, in a way. Well, to me atleast. But still, it looks great!  this is beautiful... the sterile medical nature of the eye-patch is a great contrast to the feel of the rest of the subject...

Pooor girl! now she won't be able to work, but she wears the patch with such gracefullness and stlyle!
